These Terms & Conditions are here to protect both of us and to set clear expectations from the start. No legal gymnastics, no fine‑print nonsense.

By working with me, booking a session, joining a programme, or purchasing any service, you agree to the following.

What I Provide

I offer coaching, strategic support, workshops, and advisory services focused on leadership clarity, decision‑making, and sustainable business growth.

This work may include:

• Strategic reflection and decision support

• Leadership coaching and mindset work

• Practical tools, frameworks, and exercises

• Honest challenge and perspective

While I bring experience, insight, and judgement, I do not make decisions for you. You remain fully responsible for how you act on our work together.

What This Is Not

This is not:

• Therapy or medical advice

• Legal, financial, or tax advice

• A guarantee of specific results

Outcomes depend on your choices, your business environment, and factors outside anyone’s control.

Your Responsibility

By working with me, you agree that:

• You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes

• You will communicate honestly and directly

• You understand that growth often involves discomfort and challenge

I support your thinking — I don’t override it.

Payment & Pricing

All prices are clearly communicated before you commit.

• Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Prices may change over time; confirmed bookings are honoured at the agreed rate

• Any applicable taxes (including VAT) are your responsibility unless stated otherwise

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No Refunds

All services are non-refundable.

This applies to:

• 1:1 sessions

• Programmes and retainers

• Workshops and events

• Digital or written materials

Once you commit and payment is made, no refunds are offered under any circumstances.

That said, where appropriate and at my discretion, alternative solutions may be offered instead of a refund. These may include:

• Rescheduling a session

• Transferring credit to another service

• Accessing an alternative format or resource

Any alternative arrangement is a goodwill gesture, not an entitlement.

Confidentiality

Everything shared in our work together is treated as confidential.

The only exceptions are situations where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm.

Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and content I provide are for your personal or internal business use.

They may not be copied, shared, or resold without written permission.

Boundaries & Respect

This work is built on mutual respect.

I reserve the right to end a working relationship if there is:

• Abusive or disrespectful behaviour

• Repeated boundary violations

• A fundamental mismatch that prevents effective work

In such cases, no refunds are issued. Where appropriate, an alternative solution may be offered at my discretion.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses

• My total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes will be handled through Dutch courts.
